Resident Services

Resident Services is responsible for providing support services to the tenants, promoting resident community organizations, fire safety & housekeeping inspections, tenant education.  Director Betty Skaroupka was promoted in 2009 and has 26 years of experience with community organizing, working with Native communities and families and a program trainer. She supervises a staff of four.  She is the liaison between CRST Animal Control Shelter, RAVS Veterinary Clinics, and Community Clean Up Task Force.
