Executive Director
​Sharon Vogel

.  The Executive Director reports to the Tribal Chairman and works with the Board of Commissioners. The current Executive Director is Sharon Vogel who has 30 years of experience in tribal government; program development, federal contracts/grants management, and grant writing.  She provides leadership in developing program, organizational and financial plans with the Board of Directors and staff, and executes plans and policies authorized by the board.

The Administration works closely with the Cheyenne River Housing Authority Board of Commissioners in policy development and compliance; preparing annual Indian Housing Plans and Annual Performance Reports; ensuring compliance with approved grant activities; and developing organizational goals and objectives. Administration is responsible for communicating with funding agencies, federal, state and other tribal programs/departments in designing and implementing all HUD housing programs.
