Project Design and OperationsProgram Design and Operations (PDO) consists of the Homebuyer Program, Insurance Policies, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Project, currently in its 10th year, Homebuyer Readiness Services, Grant Writer, and assists in the development of new initiatives for the CRHA. This department is supervised by Michelle Running Wolf who has 16 years in residential property management, and has been an employee of CRHA for 10 years. She is a member of the CRHA Development Team and a member of CRHA’s Tribal Housing Excellence (THE) Academy Team. She is a 2015 graduate of the National Development Council’s Housing Development Finance Professional Certification.
