CRHA utilizing a team management approach to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of the CRHA and recommend strategic housing development plans to meet the housing needs of the reservation. There are eight departments each administered by a Department Director who are responsible for the development and coordination of property management activities and services to ensure that CRHA’s properties and services are delivered and maintained in an effective and efficient manner. Department Directors are responsible for their respective department programs, activities and operating budget. The CRHA Departments coordinate to ensure that property management practices were streamlined between the eight departments.
