Maintenance Department

Maintenance is responsible for the annual maintenance of all CRHA properties, unit inspections, insurance claims, public safety, and security.  There are thirteen full-time Maintenance Men who reside throughout the reservation.  There are five community based maintenance shops and the maintenance headquarters in Eagle Butte.

​ Our Integrated Pest Control program, Residential Methamphetamine Testing and Mitigation Clean-up and Volunteer Tenant Repair Program are recent additions to the Department. 

​Director Doug Dupris has 26 years of residential maintenance experience and serves on the Tribe’s Emergency/Disaster Team.  He supervises a staff of nineteen.
